After the vehicle is out of warranty, Porsche will only replace the panels at a cost of over $1,900 each, plus labor.

We can show you how to remove (video bellow) and pack your panels so that they can be shipped to us.

We turn them around in 1-2 business days and we've negotiated a steep shipping discount with UPS to save you money.

We use several techniques that ensure its longevity, such as custom-developed prep for all the surfaces, special heat-resisting adhesives, mechanical plastic welding, re-forming and custom structural parts if and where needed.

When your door panels start to fail, the normal reaction is:

"I can fix that with some glue", or

"I can find a local shop that will fix it and I don't need to ship them away"

YOU SHOULD NOT!!!

What most people don't realize is that the door panels are specifically designed to allow the Airbag behind them to deploy in a controlled way to save your life or your passenger's when involved in a side-impact situation.

DIY'ers and shops that don't have the knowledge and/or exprience "fix" panels in ways that can be dangerous to your safety, using screws, clips, fasteners, tie wraps, epoxies, etc.

Our MAIN PRIORITY when repairing your panels is making absolutely sure that the Airbag will do its job if it were ever called to do so!

To ensure that, we design, test and manufacture our proprietary fasteners that maintain the panels' correct shape and form under normal conditions but absolutely allow the Airbag to deploy correctly, as the factory designed it.

When we receive your panels we carefully inspect them for any damage. 

Any damage is photographed for records.

The repair procedure includes:

• General cleaning of panel to  better assess damage.

• Removal of adhesive remnants from prior botched repair (if present)

• Mechanical repairs to any broken plastic (if required)

• Preparation of delaminated surfaces using specialized cleaners, primers and


   adhesion promoters

• Application of specialized adhesives

• Allow curing time with surfaces under pressure

• Inspection including placing panel in a jig to check for warping.  


•  If warped, panel is then re-formed back to OEM shape to assure a perfect fit

    when installed

• Final inspection and thorough cleaning

• Panels are packed and shipped back according to your instructions.
